Uniforms Policy

We have partnered with Lands' End, as our uniform supplier, to provide our families with exceptional uniforms. Lands' End has a time-tested reputation for producing high-quality garments with a hassle-free return policy.

To ensure a seamless buying experience, we urge you to read and follow our uniform policy guidelines. They outline important uniform requirements and specifications.

Important! The fitting may be an effort. To find the perfect fit, we encourage you to match your child(ren)'s measurements with the dimension charts provided under "Policy & Dimentions" for every product.

Students are asked to bring their own lunch and snacks. In the event of specific food allergies, parents are required to notify the Academy. This is to ensure that all Academy-provided celebratory snacks, such as cakes, dry food goods, etc., do not impact the health of the corresponding students. Food sharing among students is prohibited.
The Academy follows the Eastern Orthodox tradition of fasting, which includes four major Lenten periods, Wednesdays and Fridays. Teachers and students are expected to participate in the fasts. The Academy understands that medical and spiritual reasons may prohibit some of the students (or staff) from strict compliance with the Eastern Orthodox tradition of fasting. We ask that you inform the Academy of such situations.
Students are not allowed to eat in the classroom without the teacher’s approval. All students will eat in the designated supervised areas. Students may not leave campus during the lunch period without advanced approval from the principal.
Outside lunches from restaurants are strongly discouraged. When approved in advance, exceptions may be made by the Academy Administrator.
Every student should bring a personal water bottle labeled with his/her name. The Academy will provide filtered water to refill student water bottles.

Volunteer Opportunities

At Three Hierarchs Academy, we are always seeking opportunities to connect with parents and our Orthodox community. Volunteering your time at the Academy is the perfect way to share your skills and talents with our students.

If you have a desire to serve our children and families, please contact our school administrator at (520) 222 - 6358 to find out about our mandatory screening process and get on board!
